Holly's First Coat

Hello Everyone,

I finally finished sewing Holly's coat and love how it came out. It was a very simple pattern and can't wait to make another one for her. I used See and Sew #B5275. Its perfect for the weather up here in Canada.

Source: See and Sew
E and I came across this adorable fabric. She looks amazing in red and I love the little paw prints everywhere. When we put it on her, we couldn't stop giggling because she looked so cute.

Let me know what you think. I am linking up to these parties and this party.

Have a great evening!!

  1. I love it! It's so hard to find clothes for a big dog. Our two have winter coats, but just the kind that velcro under the neck and body. I'd love to have sweaters for them.

    1. Holly is a champ when putting this on. The face you see in the pictures is the face she makes...then she relaxes and enjoys being warm LOL

Ontarian sounds good to me. We will be here a few more years, then back to the states for us.

  2. Love Holly's coat. I don't think I could get my labs to wear one. Maybe Bo, but definitely not Bailey.

  8. Oh I'm so happy I found this! My dog is 75lbs and I can never find sweaters for her. Last year I used one of my old ones but it kept stretching and she'd trip over it.

I'm hosting a Winter Wonderland linky party and would love it if you linked this up!
